Vinterfest på Jødisk museum Trondheim!

Velkommen til vinterfest!

Welcome to the Winter Celebration!

Welcome to the Winter Celebration at the Jewish Museum Trondheim! We’re hosting an open day from 12 PM to 7 PM, with various activities for all ages. You can shop for gifts in our museum store, let the kids enjoy the winter workshop, or simply come by for a coffee—whatever you prefer!

From 12 PM to 7 PM, the museum and the museum café will be open. Entry to the museum is free, and the café offers a selection of baked goods, as well as tea and coffee. The museum store will also be open, featuring special discounts.

From 1 PM to 3 PM, we’re hosting a lunch seminar with historian Johan-Elias Harnes, who will share insights from his master’s project, “The Balancing Act,” which explores the experiences of Jewish immigrants from Eastern Europe establishing themselves in Norway.

From 3 PM to 7 PM, we’ll open activity tables for families:

  • Candle Workshop, where you can craft wax candles for the dark season!
  • Clay Workshop, where you can make clay decorations to take home!
  • Dreidel Table, where you can play dreidel with others!

Whether you want to join in on the activities, shop for gifts, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment during the winter rush—stop by and visit us on Tuesday, December 17!

We look forward to seeing you!
